29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area near the MEP bending machines, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a breaker panel with 9 breakers did not have labels to indicate their purpose. b. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area S-11 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a breaker panel with 14 breakers did not have labels to indicate their purpose. c. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area S-11 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a breaker panel with 7 breakers did not have labels to indicate their purpose. d. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area S-17 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, two main disconnects did not have labels to indicate their purpose. e. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area east wall S-21 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, two breaker panes had a total of 15 breakers without a label to indicate their purpose.
