29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact came closer than 10 ft. (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line: a) During tree removal at the rear of residential property at 720 Edgar Road in Elizabeth NJ, an employee who lacked requisite electrical safety training for qualified person(s), worked from a metal ladder cutting tree limb(s) with a chainsaw within 10' of an energized power line providing house service. Condition(s) were noted on or about 12/05/2019.
