29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(B): The employer did not ensure that assigned fire watchers had fire extinguisher equipment readily available and were trained in its use: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ The employer did not provide training for the use of fire extinguishers. Employees engaged in welding and torching activities on commercial vehicles used oxygen/acetylene cutting torches and other welding equipment, acted as the fire watch during torching activities, and were not provided training in the use of fire extinguishers. Violation observed on or about November 20, 2019
