29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): 29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway trucks shall be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks. (a) Loading dock - On or about October 29, 2019 the employer failed to provide wheel chock blocks for the tractor trailers while the employees drive the forklift inside the trailer to load and unload exposing them to caught in hazards.
