29 CFR 1910.272(g)(6): Employees at the grain handling facility entered bins, silos, or tanks underneath a bridging condition, or where a buildup of grain products on the side could fall and bury them: On or about October 3, 2019, an employee entered a grain bin from the top, in order to walk down grain and increase grain flow, and the employee was buried by corn, which had fallen from the side of the grain bin, at the Keithsburg grain facility.
