The employer did not ensure that each employee is trained in accordance with the provisions of � 1910.1200: (a): Workshop - The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, in the written hazard communication program. The employees were not trained on potentially hazardous materials used in the welding and cutting operation in accordance with the provisions of � 1910.1200, on or about October 7, 2019. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
