29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated walkways(s) and runway(s), 4 feet or more from floor level, were not provided with a standard railing: (a) On or about 09/27/2019 - Fuel House (a.k.a. Teepee), employees on the platform used to access the silo were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet due to one side of the platform missing the standard railing.
