29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) 16941 Sussex Highway, Bridgeville, DE - On or about September 29, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that electrical equipment/tools are free from recognized hazards. The employer did not ensure that their employee performing the assigned task of bleeding off a meter [e.g. opening up the valves] on a bobtail truck had the proper non-sparking/brushless producing equipment.
