29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: At 6040 N. Lindbergh Blvd, Hazelwood, Missouri, specifically inside of the loading dock area, a 480 volt electrical panel box and energy isolation device were partially blocked by pallets, boxes, and brooms. This violation was noted on 09/26/19.
