29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): 29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees would not approach or take any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: At a worksite located at 6760 West Farm Road 68, Willard, Missouri 65781, employees were exposed to serious electrical shock and burn hazards. The employer did not ensure that a Liberty Utility service line which employees were working on, did not enter the employer's minimum approach distance and make contact with an Ozark Electric Cooperatives exposed energized utility line. Employees were exposed to 7.62kV of electrical current.
