29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about June 19, 2019 at 6555 McDonough Drive, Norcross, GA. employees were exposed to electrical hazards, to include, but not limited to : a. on the four post truck lift, in the shop area the opening through which conductors entered the motor housing were not effectively closed. b. at the electrical panel, wiring to the HVAC was not protected from abrasion when fitting was not placed on the wiring.
