OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushed by hazard when operating a forklift without the use of a restraint device. (a) Fred Wahl Marine Construction - On or about June 17th, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards while operating the following forklifts that did not have seatbelts installed.
