29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Job Site - On or about August 7, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not establish a written plan for employees who had exposure to silica dust while cutting and laying concrete masonry blocks. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
