29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) The employer does not ensure exit access was at least twenty-eight (28) inches wide at all points. This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, at the Chuckwagon 2nd floor storage area, exit access was less than twenty-eight (28) inches wide, exposing employees to struck-by hazards and fire hazards. b) The employer does not ensure exit access was at least twenty-eight (28) inches wide at all points. This violation was observed on or about June 3, 2019, at the North Games storage area, exit access was less than twenty-eight (28) inches wide, exposing employees to struck-by hazards and fire hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure exit access was at least twenty-eight (28) inches wide at all points.
