29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) 1121 N Jefferson St, Jackson MS - On or about May 20, 2019 the employer allowed employees to work from a wood pole scaffold without base plates or other adequate foundation, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground.
