29 CFR 1926.964(b)(5): Reel-handling equipment , including pulling and tensioning devices, were not in safe operating condition and leveled and aligned: a- Newman Springs Road & GSP Exit 109 North Entranceway, Lincroft NJ: Employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when pulling 1/4 inch steel strand from a Butler Wire Cart that was missing a part that connected the spool to the spool's breaking mechanism. On or about 05/20/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
