29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location. On or about 2 May 2019, and at times prior thereto, an electrical outlet used to provide power for a washing machine and a flylight was not GFCI (ground-fault circuit interrupter) while in an area with a water supply, exposing employees to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts or an electrical fire.
