29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: A/R COATING LAB: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019, employees mixing chemicals and adding the chemicals to the CCM Machine were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators. The respirators were stored by hanging them from the elastic head straps. The respirators were not in bags or otherwise stored to prevent them from becoming contaminated when not in use.
