29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the oerator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered, controlsneutralized, and the brakes set to prevent movement: a) Outside warehouse - On or about April 6, 2019, an employee left the Toyota sit-down type LP-gas model 7FGU45, SN # 61243 did not placed the breaks prior to leaving the forklift unattended to prevent movement while loading a flat bed truck exposing employees to struck by hazards.
