29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(iv): Safety valve(s) on compressed air receiver(s) were not tested at frequently regular intervals to determine if they were in good operating condition: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to struck-by hazards. The employer did not test safety relief valves at frequent and regular intervals on air compressor receivers that it uses in the facility including but not limited to the Manchester 400-gallon tank and the PUMA Industrial Compressor air tank. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
