29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 136 Darling Ave, Bloomfield, NJ Employees working in an excavation approximately 8 feet in depth where there was the potential for collapse and being struck by dirt or rocks from a spoil pile placed immediately adjacent to the excavation, and also from an excavator being used on the project, were not provided with hard hats.
