29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains, which were seven feet or less from the floor or platform, were not enclosed: (a) On or about April 5, 2019; employee(s) loading blocks of foam onto the feed conveyors of the Baumer OFS VEQ line were exposed to a caught-in hazard in that the end cover was left off of feed conveyor number 3 and the drive chain and sprockets were not enclosed.
