29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Work site was located at 6900 Roustein Avenue, Unit 1, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as flexible cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring along the south wall near Washer 1. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019. b) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as flexible cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring along the west wall around the garage door. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019. c) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as flexible cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring along the east wall in the storage area. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019.
