29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Facilities Area: Employees use the Sears Craftsman table saw to cut wood stock. The power cord was damaged with the jacket pulled back from the plug end and internal wiring components were visible. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 120 volts.
