29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: On or about March 4, 2019, at the tank battery train #7, an employee performed lockout tagout on lines coming and going out of heater treater and oil boot. The employer did not develop and/or document specific procedures for this equipment for the control of hazardous energy. Specific procedures were not provided.
