29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 2/28/2019, at the Engine Department of Man Engines & Components Inc., 591 SW 13th Terrace, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. a. An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drilling machine (i.e. Baileigh, Model VHD-40G, Serial #110420) whose point of operation was not guarded. b. An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. SM, Type -6T) whose point of operation was not guarded. c. An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Dayton, 20-inches) whose point of operation was not guarded.
