29 CFR 1918.103(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wore a protective helmet when working in areas where there was a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. F/T Araho, City Dock: on or about 04 February 2019; two employees were observed working without the use of protective helmets adjacent to the unloading of frozen fish product from the vessel's forward crane onto the dock. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects.
