29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about January 24, 2019: Employees working in the tool room are exposed to electrical hazards where electrical wires are exposed where electrical equipment and electrical boxes were not installed properly. (a) Over the sink in the tool room where employees clean small parts, wires are exposed to water and moisture, the electrical box is not installed in the wall and covered, and the cables are not installed in conduit. (b) At the exit/entry door of the tool room, wires of the light switch are exposed and are not installed within an electrical box and covered.
