29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about 01/15/2019 - 7400 Nature Walk Way, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees installing lumber such as; 2x4's and 4x8' sheets of plywood at approximately 10 feet above the ground were unaware of the hazard of falling.
