29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a. Located at 4881 Sinclair Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43229: On or about January 14, 2019, where employees accessed the control room, the electrical cable clamp was not secured to the Omni Wash junction box permitting a pull to be directly transmitted to the joints in the box, thereby exposing employees to an electrical contact hazard.
