29 CFR 1910.125(c)(1): Dip tank containing more than 500 gallons (1893 L) of liquid was not equipped with a bottom drain: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer failed to provide a dip tank containing more than 500 gallons of Water Reducible Alkyd Dip Enamel, a Category 3 flammable liquid, with a bottom drain which can be used to empty the tank during a fire.
