29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: A.) Champion Modular, Inc.; rough mill/saw department; farthest from compressor - On or about 12/11/18, and at times prior thereto, the guard on the Delta table saw was damaged. The plastic guard had large holes in both sides of it which exposed employees to portions of the saw blade and decreased the integrity of the guard.
