29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees removed all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with chromium (VI) at the end their tasks involving chromium (VI) exposure: In the small production area at 33 Haynes Circle, Chicopee, MA: On and before January 9, 2019, employees did not remove hard hats and safety shoes at the end of their tasks involving chromium (VI). The employees were exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average airborne concentrations of chromium (VI) in excess of 5 micrograms per cubic meter of air.
