29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. a. Located at 3610 West Pike, Zanesville, OH: On or about November 01, 2018, the employer did not ensure that exposed energized wires were protected from abrasion and the opening effectively closed into the electrical machine motor for the textile baler. The electric conduit was pulled out of the opening leading into the motor housing.
