29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. a) On or about 10/30/2018, machine room; the employer failed to document that an eye wash and safety shower complied with the employer's chosen RAGAGEP such as, but not limited to, Section 6.7 of IIAR 2, 2014, when a safety shower was not located outside of this room near the primary entrance via the boiler room exposing employees to ammonia vapors/liquid in the event of a release. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
