29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace. On or about October 22, 2018, and at times prior there to, in the process plant area, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were inspected and tested annually exposing employees to fire hazards.
