29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1): The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: a) Spraying Area - An employee was not provided information and training and was exposed to Techno adhesive containing 70% methylene chloride at an exposure level of 346.3533 ppm, which was 2.771 times above the short term exposure level (STEL) of 125 ppm and was taken for 15 minutes, and no regulated area was established, on or about November 20, 2018. b) Spraying Area - An employee was not provided information and training and was exposed to Techno adhesive containing 70% methylene chloride at an exposure level of 314.7997 ppm, which was 2.518 times above the short term exposure level (STEL) of 125 ppm and was taken for 17 minutes, and no regulated area was established, on or about November 20, 2018.
