29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: On and before August 21, 2018, the battery operated portable Lift-O-Flex #20500 paper roll lifer machine had a brake lever for the caster wheels that did not secure the lifter in place. The braking mechanism was inoperable.
