29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Granite Masters, Inc., Suwanee, GA - On or about 08/21/2018 employees were exposed to smoke inhalation, fire and burn hazards where the: a. Fire extinguisher on the wall next to the roller door in the staging area was blocked, not labeled and not mounted. b. Fire extinguishers located on the wall of the cutting area were not identified by proper sign. c. Fire extinguisher not mounted, not labeled and blocked inside the storage room in the polishing area and on the outside wall, there was a label with no fire extinguisher mounted.
