Door and Frame manufacturing area stations, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, 120 volt extension cords and multi outlet extension strips were used to provide power to the equipment at the work station, on or about 07/26/2018. b. Door and Frame manufacturing area stations, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, 220 volt extension cords were used to provide power to the welders at the work stations, on or about 07/26/2018.
