29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked. On 7/17/18, in the Assembly Plant warehouse area, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in the area where mechanical equipment was used/operated and permanent aisles/passageways were not marked.
