29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es): On or about June 1st, June 13th, June 14th, and June 15th, 2018, Safety Storage, Inc. had an employee exposed to amputation hazards without appropriate machine guarding, while operating the following mechanical power presses: a. Chicago Dreis & Krump, b. Kingsland Ironworker, and c. Strippit Super 30-30.
