29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: Inside the Maintenance Shop: On or about June 8, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, while utilizing alloy steel chains to lift equipment which did not have identification tags.
