29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Warehouse; On or about May 16, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that the employer failed to annually inspect procedures to correct deviations and inadequacies in the energy control procedures for the Hyd-Mech H-22A (EO83) and the E179 Altra Thermal Burning Machine Model HG3608.
