29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electric equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) In the non-ferrous warehouse: On or about April 10, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that damaged and broken lighting parts and wiring that could adversely affect the safe operation of the equipment was positioned over a workbench.
