29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or by any of the following means identified in sub-paragraphs (A)through (D) of this paragraph: On or about April 19, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that a 110 volt electrical receptacle located on the northeast side of the service bay was not effectively closed and/or free from damage. The face plate was missing, and thus exposed employees to potential electrical hazards created by the energized wiring contained within the unit.
