29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: In the zinc building, the electrical control cabinet was being entered in order to perform a task because the button on the control cabinet was not functioning. Employee was exposed to live electrical connections in the cabinet. The cabinet door was open at the time of the inspection. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
