29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about February 13, 2018, employees working in the Tool Room were exposed to injury because the disconnect switch for the 600 Lathes Limited Lathe, Model Number Alpha 400, Serial Number A30167, and the Bergonzi F32 Radial Drill, Machine Number M-467, was not marked to indicate its purpose.
