29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about February 13, 2018, the employer did not ensure that multiple surfaces throughout the facility were not kept as free as practicable from accumulations of lead: a. A wipe sample taken from the sealing surface of a 3M 1/2 mask elastomeric respirator contained 16.27 micrograms of lead. b. A wipe sample taken from the mouthpiece of the water fountain near the main floor restroom contained 15.15 micrograms of lead. c. A wipe sample taken from the handle of the black microwave in the lunchroom contained 8.021 micrograms of lead. d. A wipe sample taken from the time clock adjacent to the downdraft unit contained 0.3554 micrograms per square centimeter (ug/cm2) of lead. e. A wipe sample taken from the seat at a lunchroom table contained 0.3641 ug/cm2 of lead.
