29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about 2/5/2018, at the shop of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave., Miami, FL 33169. An electrical cabinet (i.e. Siemens, G3042ML3200CU, Indoor Load Center Type 1) had unused openings which were not covered, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
